  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Personalized or custom-made items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund according to your preference.
